Ca Turns Five

It's been almost a month, but my #2, Ca has turned. . . 

I took these pictures before his birthday, last time we were in Lubbock.

He is so sweet, but this poor little guy has Chandler issues when it comes to the camera.

I did get a few natural smiles out of him thanks to Aunt Courtney and his cousins.

At five, Ca . . . 

• Is ridiculously smart
• Super sweet, but can be super stubborn if in the right mood
• Likes things cleaned and organized - sometimes I'll catch him organizing his drawers. Too bad he doesn't keep them that way.
• Into superheros
• Just started first grade math and reading and is soaring with it.
• Loves his brothers
• is always making up songs - singing them and on the piano
• Is playing the piano with two hands - can even play a melody with both hands at the same time
• in soccer
• wants to play Lego Star Wars daily, but his momma doesn't let him
• in "pre-k" but will be KINDERGARTEN next year. That just weirds me out. 
• has a funny karate dance that he does
