Need a New Recipe?

For lunch today, I tried this recipe. I should note that I'm not one to follow a recipe exactly. I halved it and added some canned parmesan & Italian seasonings to the flour mixture and the marinara sauce. DELICIOUS!

I used this recipe for the first time about a month ago and we LOVED it! I kept meaning to post about it but forgot. John's a really picky chicken parmigiana eater so when he loved it I knew it was good! =)
