Blah, Blah, Blog

It's been a while. I would have blogged sooner, but the only thing new that's been happening is sickness, and I hate blogging about negative stuff, but that's life.
Zane had fever for 3 days, but is better now. He still has a cough, runny nose, etc. I'm sick, too, but don't think I ever had fever. My sis is in town which is wonderful, but sucks because I'm too sick to truly enjoy it. She's nice enough to not make us quarantine ourselves, so we have gotten to see them. I'm thinking about braving the drive to see her with the kids by myself one day, soon. The question is, will 3 1/2 hrs of screaming from 2 babies stuck in a car by myself make me insane? Hmmm. I guess I'll keep thinking about that. I had been dreading the coming of last weekend for a long time b/c of the time change. DUM Dum dum. These boys don't understand the concept of time. They don't know why I'm putting them to bed later and expecting them to sleep in. It certainly wasn't a mom who came up with daylight savings time. It turned out to not be too bad. I'm also trying to drop Ca's late-night-right-before-I-go-to-bed-feeding, too. I was sick and right before my bedtime ended up being right after I put him down. He slept through the night without it. YEAH! Last night, he slept from 8am-6am. Not bad. Ok, I know this is boring. I can see you, now, rolling your eyes, checking to see how much more this blog goes on. So I'll spare you any more time wasted. Oh, one more thing. The maid and the cook won. Mom and I were the only ones who wanted a landscaper. No one wanted a nanny. I'll think of another.
